Free 1st class passage to the Colony and at the expiration of the term of engagement (5 years) a return passage is made from public funds to England if the service has been satisfactory. The passage from this country, at the option of the person appointed or elsewhere, of the person's appointment or in lieu of such return passage to fill the office.
Ordinances making provision respecting any of the above matters, and especially respecting permanency of the emoluments, the particulars of the security required, with references to the section in which such provision is made.
The privilege of being retained as a member of permanent Government service, counting the five years for purposes of leave and pensions.
